About Livestack

Livestack is an evidence-first advisor for people who already buy supplements, or are about to, and are tired of contradictory advice. It answers one question: what is actually worth taking for your situation, what does it cost, and what does the evidence really say — including what not to take.

How it behaves

Livestack works like a careful lab colleague, not a coach and not a store. It grades evidence, shows its work, and is willing to say "we don't know yet." Three commitments shape everything on the site:

  • Exclusions are shown, with reasons. Every stack ends with a "Left out on purpose" section. What we recommend against is as much of the product as what we recommend.
  • Evidence grades are visible everywhere. Every ingredient–goal pairing carries a grade from A (multiple human randomized controlled trials) down to D (animal or in-vitro only). Grade D never appears in a recommendation. Every visible number traces to a stored evidence record; if a record doesn't back it, it doesn't render.
  • Advice is provably independent of commissions. The recommendation engine has no access to products, merchants, prices, or commission rates — a separation enforced in the codebase and documented on how we make money.

What Livestack is not

Livestack is education, not medical advice, and it does not diagnose anything. The grades and interaction rules are hand-reviewed data, not model output. We recommend dietary supplements only: peptides and other compounds outside that category appear in editorial pages without doses, offers, or vendors, and never in a recommendation.

If you take prescription medication, bring your stack to your doctor or pharmacist before changing anything.
